 ON A PERSONAL NOTE:

Throughout my early attempts at recovery I was plagued by numerouse failures, finding myself back in Treatment again and again(sound familiar?). Although I was motivated in my recovery I continued to return to my same living environment encountering the same results-RELAPSE! Not until my last stint in treatment where I was offered the opportunity to move into a "Sober House". Well, this was the change I needed, a Home with peers who understood the difficulties of early recovery, a Home where I found support and the time to build a solid foundation allowing me to grow and move on with my new life! So, that's how Transitional/Sober Housing became a commitment in my life and it's my hope that it just may help you as well!

YES, WE ARE DIFFERENT - Dedicated to  our Residents,  onsite House Managers for continued support(we don't just show up on "Rent Day") and top quality comfortable spacious rooms, new furniture and appliances, these are homes you would be proud to be living in!

 History

    We established our first "Sober House"
on Cape Cod in 1988. We now have two
houses: Cedar Lake Lodge for men, is
located in North Falmouth in the historic beach district of Megansett. While our
women's house, Canal View Lodge, is located in the
town of Buzzards Bay, on the Cape Cod Canal. Both
houses offer our residents a safe, clean & comfortable living environment which we feel is essential for one's early recovery.

     Throughout the years we have developed affiliations with numerous agencies, which has enabled us to offer the services needed by our residents. With these services and the peer support found in our homes it's our hope to ease the transition from substance abuse to the world of healthy sober living!
