Services:
Aftercare - Group and Individual Counseling set up with affiliated agencies.
Medical - Offering assist with obtaining Health Insurance, Primary Care Physician and full Physical.
Case Management - Falmouth Human Services will meet with residents to determine ones needs and will suggest Solutions/Agencies to address same.
Employment - This is a Working House--employment is expected. Referrals will be offered.
House Manager - 24hr On-Site Live-In Manager for your support and maintaining the structure of House.
Mandatory Drug Screens - Taken three times per week by our visiting Medical Lab.
Recreation - Adjacent to facilities for softball, basketball, tennis, gym, as well as fishing and all water sports.

Our Mission:
To Offer - the newly sober individual a safe and secure environment to pursue their recovery and the opportunity to build a strong foundation based on the principles of the 12 Step Program.
To Provide - the supportive, non-stressful atmosphere one needs in early recovery in order to take those first few Steps and become comfortable with the recovery process.
To Prepare - the resident for their return to a main stream living environment and ultimatly to reconnect with their families and loved ones!
With this in mind; we are looking for individuals who are motivated in their pursuit of recovery and willing to do the work required in order to change.
